中文摘要：组织振兴是乡村振兴的根本动力,是推动乡村全面振兴的强大保障。作为多元协同治理主体,需要在五治融合的复合化治理框架下,构建新型的乡村治理体系,并基于五治融合生态系统的内在结构关系,从党建引领、自治强基、法治保障、德治引导、智治支撑、治理有效6个维度构建五治融合视阈下乡村组织振兴评价指标体系,为乡村组织振兴提供有力支撑,从而有助于提升乡村治理效能,实现治理有效的目标诉求。

外文摘要：Organizational revitalization is the fundamental driving force for rural revitalization and a powerful guarantee for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.As a multi-party collaborative governance entity,it is necessary to build a new rural governance system under the composite governance framework of the integration of five governance,and construct an evaluation index system for rural organizational revitalization from six dimensions including Party building leadership,self-governance foundation,law-based guarantee,moral governance guidance,intelligent governance support,and effective governance based on the internal structural relationship of the five governance integration ecosystem.This will provide strong supports for rural organizational revitalization,thereby helping to enhance the efficiency of rural governance and achieve the goal of effective governance.
