外文摘要:Polychlorinated biphenyls are widespread, especially in the marine environment, where they may accumulate in several creatures in the food chain, contaminating fishmeal and seafood as well as posing a health hazard to animals and humans. In this study, we analyzed the effects of polychlorinated biphenyls extracted from sediments near the coast of Zhanjiang on the intestinal tissues and intestinal flora of adult zebrafish. Zebrafish were exposed to different doses of polychlorinated biphenyls extracts (0, 5, 10, and 15 mu g/L) and treated at 1, 3, 5, and 7 d, respectively. The results showed that the intestinal epithelial lesions of zebrafish increased with increasing exposure duration and polychlorinated biphenyls concentrations. Analysis of the composition and abundance of microbial colonies at the phylum level revealed that the proportion of each species of bacteria in the various concentration groups varied considerably with increasing exposure duration, but not with rising polychlorinated biphenyls concentrations. This suggests that the proportion of the dominant flora was highly dependent on the exposure time rather than the polychlorinated biphenyls concentration.
