中文摘要:为改善自由活塞发动机的燃烧质量,依据建立的电磁驱动自由活塞发动机仿真模型,采用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法对自由活塞发动机燃烧过程进行了仿真分析,并对活塞顶部形状进行了优化设计.结果表明,通过对电磁驱动的自由活塞发动机燃烧室的优化设计,提高了换气效率,增大了压缩比,缸内峰值压力随之增大.该研究为组织好电磁驱动自由活塞发动机缸内气体流动提供依据,为电动汽车和混合动力汽车的发展提供发动机基础.
外文摘要:In order to improve the combustion quality of free piston engine, the multi-dimensional transient numerical simulation model of the free piston engine's working process based on electromagnetic-driving is established. The burning process of the free piston engine is discussed by adapting the numerical simulation and experiment, and the piston top shape is optimized. The result shows that the air exchange efficiency is improved, the compression ratio is increased and its peak pressure is also raised. The study will provide academic support for organizing cylinder gas flow of the electromagnetic-driving free piston engine, and it also can provide the engine foundation for the development of electric and hybrid vehicles as well.
