中文摘要:随着物流行业就业的吸附力日渐增大,非物流专业学生对物流行业的就业兴趣逐渐提高。不同于物流管理专业,非物流管理专业对物流管理通常只设置了一门《物流管理》课程,无法满足学生当下的需求。以工商管理专业的《物流管理》课程为研究对象,针对学生就业需求,构建了工商管理专业的《物流管理》课程的教学模式。借鉴翻转课堂模式,以学生为课堂主体,以问题为导向(PBL)构建课堂理论学习和实验,从而为非物流专业的学生在短时间内掌握物流管理知识以及提高物流行业就业能力提供了帮助。
外文摘要:With employment attraction of logistics industry growing,students of non-logistic management majors are interested in logistics industry.Being different on logistic management major,non-logistic management majors only build“logistics management”curriculum,which can't be meet by students'demand.So taking business administration major for example and meeting employment demand of students,teaching reform model is built on“logistic management”curriculum of business administration major,which is drawing on flipped classroom idea,taking student as classroom body and using problem-based learning.This research helps students of non-logistics management major to acquire logistic management knowledge and improve employ ability on logistics industry.
