中文摘要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和实验法对广东海洋大学公共体育课74名学生、2个自然班进行太极拳翻转课堂教学,研究表明,翻转课堂教学优于传统教学,为高校太极拳教学的推广提供参考依据。

外文摘要：By using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and experimental method, this study carried out the Tai Chi teaching flipped class in 2 normal public sports classes which included 74 students of Guangdong Ocean University. The resuhs showed that flipped class teaching mode was better than traditional mode which could provide reference for the popularization of Tai Chi in Colleges and universities.
