中文摘要：主导和主体,是两个不同的概念,在产学研合作中应具有不同的地位,发挥不同的作用。文章认为,对于企业来说,在产学研合作中主体地位对其更为合适和恰当。在区分企业主导型和企业主体型产学研合作,以及对传统的企业主导型产学研合作模式进行反思和批判的基础上,构建企业主体型产学研合作模式,既要在思想观念上对其主体地位加以明确和认可,又要找准主体地位发挥的领域和重点,同时还要在体系和机制上加以保障。

外文摘要：Be oriented and be centered are two different concepts, which have different statuses as well as play distinctive roles in the cooperation among industry, university and research Institutes （CIURI）. For enterprises, its centered position within the CIURI is particularly appropriate and adequate. Given the distinction between enterprise-oriented and enterprise-centered CIURI, the enterprise-centered model of CIURI should be built based on the critical review on the traditional enterprise-oriented model of CIURI. It not only needs the identification and recognition of its centered position from the mentality, but also focuses on the domain and keystone of its centered position, as well as the protection from the perspective of system and mechanism.
