中文摘要:广东海洋大学农学专业围绕乡村振兴战略和生态文明建设对创新人才的迫切需求,聚焦农学专业人才培养存在问题,以学生发展为中心,以三全育人工作体系为统领,以四位一体课程体系为支撑,以教学质量保障体系为根本,创新构建了“一中心三体系”的农学专业创新人才培养模式;形成了通识教育与专业教育融合,理论知识与实践创新并举的良性互动机制。通过实践证明,该模式可有效助推农学专业人才突破培养瓶颈,实现培养质量的显著提升。

外文摘要:The agronomy major of Guangdong Ocean University focuses on the urgent need of innovative talents for rural revitalization strategy and ecological civilization construction and the problems existing in the cultivation of agricultural talents.With the student development as the center,the"three whole education"system as the guidance,the four-in-one curriculum system as the support,and the teaching quality assurance system as the foundation,it has established a"one center,three systems"innovative talent training model for agronomy major,formed a positive interactive mechanism between general education and professional education,theoretical knowledge and practical innovation.The practice shows that the model can effectively break through the training bottleneck to promote the cultivation of agricultural talents,and realize the significant improvement of training quality.
