外文摘要：Sci-tech journals guide authors to make a self-examination of their articles to enhance maturity of the articles, reduce the burden of preliminary editing and speed up review. This article puts forward the design principles for the author＇ s self - examination form including presenting them in the form of interrogative sentences and promotion of the practice through various channels. Through these ways, we can arouse authors＇ attention to form quality and content quality of their articles.
