中文摘要:大量研究显示污染水体中含有的有毒物质可以影响水产动物健康生长,甚至导致水产动物大量死亡。然而,人们对很多毒性物质的作用机理的认识还有待深入的研究。代谢组学具有快速、高通量、灵敏度高、选择性强的特点,可以快速检测出生物体在毒性物质作用下的不同时间和不同组织中大量的内源性代谢物质,同时可以与其他组学技术,如转录组、代谢组联合分析毒性物质的作用机理。因此代谢组学技术对促进毒理学的研究、揭示毒性物质的作用机理具有重要意义。文章介绍了代谢组学技术,并总结了近年来代谢组学在水产动物毒理学研究中的应用。
外文摘要:At present,a large number of studies showed that the toxic substances contained in polluted water could affect the healthy growth of aquatic animals and even lead to death.Metabonomics has the characteristics of rapid,high-throughput,high sensitivity and sdectivity,which could quickly detect a large number of endogenous metabolites that changed in different tissues of organisms at different times under the exposure toxic substances.At the same time,it could be combined with other omics,such as transcriptomics,proteomics,to analyze the mechanism of toxic substances.Therefore,metabolomics tech?nology is of great significance to promote the study of toxicology and reveal the effects of toxic substanc?es.In the paper,the metabolomics were introduced and the application of metabolomics in toxicology of aquatic animal were summarized.
