中文摘要:为探讨湖光岩玛珥湖溶解氧(DO)的时空分布规律及其影响因素,分析了自2015年10月至2016年9月玛珥湖DO的垂直分布及其季节变化特征,并讨论了各环境因子对水体中DO时空分布的影响。结果显示,玛珥湖的DO以及各环境因子的垂直分布均具有明显季节性差异。夏秋季表层和底层DO差值高于冬春季。冬季,DO值总体较高,垂直方向的分布较均匀。夏秋季节,水深较深的区域出现明显的"氧跃层",并在底层存在DO的低值区。不同区域,各层次水体中溶解氧含量的季节变化与表层相似,最大值出现在冬季(2月份),最小值出现在夏季。相关性分析显示,夏季水温及水温热力分层是影响DO含量的关键因素,同时DO含量受到浮游植物活动的影响。

外文摘要:To systematically explore the dissolved oxygen( DO) distribution and its influencing factors in the Huguangyan Maar Lake,the vertical distribution and seasonal variation of DO in the period of October 2015 to September 2016 were measured and the relevant environmental factors were analyzed. The results showed that the seasonal variations of vertical distribution of DO and relevant environmental factors were significant. The difference of DO contents in the surface water layer to in the bottom water layer was higher in summer and autumn than in winter and spring. In winter,the DO centents were higher and their vertical variations were smaller,while in summer and autumn,the notable oxycline was observed in the deep water,and the DO content was quite low in the bottom water. The seasonal variations of DO in different water layers were similar to those in the surface water,the highest DO content was measured in winter while the lowest one was measured in summer. The relevant analyses showed that the water temperature and the stratification are key factors for the contents and distributions of DO in summer,and that DO contents are also affected by phytoplankton activities.
