中文摘要:本文从双语教学的内涵入手,在双语教师、双语教材和授课对象分析的基础上,指出我国普通高校双语教学存在的主要问题是双语教师短缺、双语教材匮乏以及学生英语水平不高。通过对双语教学现状的思考,笔者认为,双语师资应以培训为主,引进归国留学人员和实现校际教师资源共享可以有效突破双语教学发展的瓶颈;在双语教材的建设上,各专业应结合实际情况自主编写双语教材;在授课对象上,应打破自然班授课的传统,通过英语水平考核确定授课对象。通过教师、教材和授课对象三位一体的改革,可以有效推动双语教学在普通高校的发展。
外文摘要:Based on the analysisof bilingual teachers,bilingual teaching materials and teaching objects,this paper points out that the main problems of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in China are the shortage of bilingual teachers,bilingual teaching materials and the low level of students’English.Based on the consideration of the current situation of bilingual teaching,the author believes that bilingual teachers should focus on training,introduce returned overseas students and realize the sharing of teachers’resources between schools,which can effectively break through the bottleneck of bilingual teaching development;in the construction of bilingual teaching materials,each major should edit and write their own bilingual teaching materials according to the actual situation In terms of teaching objects,we should break the tradition of natural class teaching and determine the teaching objects through English proficiency assessment.Through the trinity reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching objects,bilingual teaching can effectively promote the development of colleges and universities.
