中文摘要：作为中国沿海一线中心城市,上海和深圳拥有优越的临海区位、现代立体交通网络、成熟的产业经济体系。作为长江三角洲、珠江三角洲区域发达的特大中心城市,上海、深圳提出构建“全球海洋中心城市”的发展规划方案。运用层次分析法构建城市辐射力评价指标体系,与国内7个同样提出构建“全球海洋中心城市”的广州、天津、大连、宁波、舟山、厦门和青岛等沿海中心城市进行辐射力对比,并运用改进的引力模型计算分析辐射力最大的上海、深圳两个中心城市对各自区域内各城市的经济联系强度,再基于两个城市的发展问题,提出优化建议及政策措施。

外文摘要：As two major first-tier coastal cities in China,Shanghai and Shenzhen both enjoy superior waterfront locations,modern three-dimensional transportation and mature industrial and economic systems.Shanghai and Shenzhen,two developed megacities in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta regions,took the lead in proposing the development plan to build themselves into“Global Ocean Center Cities”.By using the hierarchical analysis method to construct the index system for evaluating the influencing power of cities,this paper firstly compares the influencing power of Shanghai and Shenzhen with that of Guangzhou,Tianjin,Dalian,Ningbo,Zhoushan,Xiamen and Qingdao,seven cities striving to building“Global Ocean Center Cities”in China.Then,an improved gravitational model is used to further calculate and analyze the intensity of economic linkage of Shanghai and Shenzhen,the two cities showing the greatest influencing power in China,on other cities in their respective region.Finally,the corresponding optimization suggestions and policy measures are proposed in the light of the current development problems of the two cities.
