外文摘要：To build a harmonious library is a long-term strategic task and librarians’ esthetic spirit means a great a deal to that effect.This article has stated the connotation and the basic features of the esthetic spirit.It has also analyzed the relationship between the esthetic spirit and the spirit of a library and discussed the significance of the esthetic spirit in a university library to the building of a harmonious library.It has finally pointed out a way to the cultivation of the esthetic spirit among the librarians.
