中文摘要：【目的】从根本上理解与把握期刊服务的趋势与策略,为科技期刊争取更多生存与发展的机会。【方法】从科研用户学术交流需求变化的角度去观察和分析期刊服务。【结果】新的学术交流需求要求更便捷地传播和获取信息;要求提供知识服务。【结论】科技期刊服务需要与多种网络渠道和技术相融,需要转型成为面向知识生产过程和专业活动的服务机构。具体策略就是实现科技信息的高效传播,拓展面向知识生产和专业活动的服务功能。

外文摘要：[Purpose] Fundamentally understand and grasp the trend and strategy of periodical service and strive for more survival and development opportunities for sci-tech journal. [Methodology] Periodical service is observed and analized from the change of scientific users academic exchanges demand. [Findings] Newscholarly communication demand more efficient communication and access to information,and ask for knowledge service. [Conclusions] Sci-tech journal service need combinate with a variety of network channels and technology,need transform to become service mechanism of oriented process of knowledge production and professional activities. The specific strategy is to realize the efficient dissemination of sci-tech information,expand the service functions for the production of knowledge and professional activities.
