中文摘要:以带子叶和部分下胚轴的顶芽为外植体,建立再生体系。结果表明,下胚轴长度为2 mm时有利于不定芽的形 成,7-10 d苗龄的外植体最易诱导出不定芽,芽分化和生长的最适温度为25±1℃。6-BA<1 mg/L不定芽难以发 生,6-BA 6+NAA 0.1有利于不定芽形成;CA3 2.0可以提高不定芽的诱导率。

外文摘要:Shoot apices with the cotyledons and part of the hypocotyls were used as explants in tissue culture for Abelemoschus esculentus L. regeneration. Hypocotyls 2 mm long were favorable for adventitious bud formation. The optimum temperature for bud differentiation and growth was 25±1℃. Adventitious buds were most readily induced from the explants originating from 7-10 day old seedlings. No adventitious buds were induced on media with 6 - BA at a concentration of < 1 mg/L. the optimal medium for adventitious bud regeneration in this experiment was MS + 6 - BA 6 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L. Addition of GA3 at 2.0 mg/L to the medium raised the induction frequency of adventitious buds.
