中文摘要：粤港澳大湾区的共享合作协同机制是在"一国两制"框架下,为了克服大湾区"9+2"地区在政治、经济、文化、法律、货币、税收、社会环境和行政管理制度等方面的差异性,以及摆脱地区资源配置和发展不平衡的困境,通过国家对粤港澳大湾区的顶层设计和大湾区政府间的行政协调治理建立共享合作协同机制,通过共享平台利用网络技术和大数据,建立健全涵盖多领域的差异化优势互补的资源优化配置机制,促进港澳特别行政区融入国家经济建设共享发展。

外文摘要：The shared cooperation and coordination mechanism of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is under the framework of"one country,two systems".To overcome the differences in politics,economy,culture,law,currency,taxation,social environment,and administrative management system in the"9+2"region of the Greater Bay Area,and get rid of the dilemma of regional resource allocation and unbalanced development,it is necessary to establish a shared cooperation and coordination mechanism through the state’s top-level design of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the administrative coordination and governance of the Greater Bay Area’s governments,and use network technology and big data to establish and improve a mechanism for optimizing the allocation of resources with complementary advantages through the sharing platform,so as to promote the integration of the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions into the national economic construction and shareable development.
