中文摘要:本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加岩藻多糖对断奶羔羊器官指数、肝功能、肝脏和脾脏抗氧化能力以及脾脏免疫功能的影响。选择60只健康且体重相近的2月龄断奶去势川中黑山羊公羔,随机分为4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(F1、F2和F3组)分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%的岩藻多糖。预试期7 d,正试期30 d。结果表明,1)各组之间肝脏和脾脏指数无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)试验第15天,与CON组相比,F1、F2和F3组血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著降低(P<0.05)。试验第30天,与CON组相比,F1、F2和F3组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著降低(P<0.05),F2和F3组血清LDH活性显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与CON组相比,F1、F2和F3组断奶羔羊肝脏丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量显著降低(P<0.05),F2和F3组肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与CON组相比,F1、F2和F3组断奶羔羊脾脏H_(2)O_(2)含量显著降低(P<0.05),F2和F3组脾脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。5)与CON组相比,F1、F2和F3组脾脏肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05),F2和F3组脾脏白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05),F1、F2和F3组脾脏白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加岩藻多糖能够改善断奶羔羊的肝功能,提高肝脏和脾脏抗氧化能力,增强脾脏免疫功能。在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加0.3%岩藻多糖效果最佳。

外文摘要:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary fucoidan on organ indexes,liver function indexes,liver and spleen antioxidant capacity and spleen immune function of weaned goat kids.Sixty 2-month-old weaned castrated male goat kids(Chuanzhong black goats)were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 15 replicates per group and 1 goat per replicate.Goats in the control group(CON group)were fed a basal diet,while others in experimental groups(F1,F2 and F3 groups)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%fucoidan,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the formal trial period lasted for 30 days.The results showed as follows:1)no significantly differences were observed on liver and spleen indexes among all groups(P>0.05).2)On day 15,compared with the CON group,the serum dehydrogenase(LDH)activity of F1,F2 and F3 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).On day 30,compared with the CON group,the serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity of F1,F2 and F3 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum LDH activity of F2 and F3 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the CON group,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))in liver of F1,F2 and F3 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the liver glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of F2 and F3 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the CON group,the spleen H_(2)O_(2) content of F1,F2 and F3 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the activities of catalase(CAT)and total antioxidant capacity(T-SOD)in spleen of F2 and F3 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).5)Compared with the CON group,the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in spleen of F1,F2 and F3 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the spleen nterleukin-1β(IL-1β)content of F2 and F3 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in spleen of F1,F2 and F3 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary fucoidan has positive effects on liver function of weaned goat kids,improve the liver and spleen antioxidant capacity,enhance the spleen immune function.Besides,in this study,dietary supplementation of 0.3%fucoidan has the better effects.
