中文摘要：用亚心形扁藻Platymonassubcoriformis，湛江等鞭藻Isochrysiszhanjiangensis及某些配合饲料培育大珠母贝pinctadamaxima(Jameson)亲贝，可以促进性腺发育成熟并保持易于诱导排放状态。在需要进行人工育苗时，给亲贝以一定的刺激，即可诱导产卵排精。采用这种方法进行大珠母贝人工育苗，受精率和活率都比剖贝取卵授精的方法高。而且不用杀死大珠母贝亲贝。

外文摘要：By using unicellular algae, such as Platymonas subcordijormis and Isochrysiszhanjiangensis etc., the adult Pinctada maxima (Jameson) can be cultured intensely,and the development of the gonad can be promoted, More over, the adult Pinctadamaxima (Jameson) will be kept in a state of being easy for induced spawning. Bystimulating the adults with a certain stimuli, such as temperature yariation, exposition in the air, the Pinctada maxima (Jameson) can be induced to spawn whenartificial breeding is expected. The fertilizing rate and survival rate of the postlarvae are much higher in this way than in the tranditional method, in which theshells are killed for getting eggs. Further more, it is unnecessary to sacrifice theadult Pinctada maxima (Jameson), which have already been in an endangerment stateof being extincted.
