中文摘要：很长一段时间里,中国缺乏应有的国际话语权。党的十八大以来,习近平在施政战略上采取了多种措施提升中国国际话语权。大力反腐,为提升中国话语权塑造良好的政治形象;大国外交,秉承亲诚惠容的睦邻政策;"一带一路"倡议,提升国际经济话语权;积极参与世界治理,提升在国际事务中的话语权;提出"人类命运共同体"理念,提升中国在世界发展中的国际话语权。

外文摘要：For a long time,China’s international voice has always been ignored by other countries. Since having been chosen as China’s top leader,Xi Jinping has taken various measures to enhance China’s international discourse power with his administrative strategies. For example,there is a strong anti-corruption campaign to build a good political management to improve China’s discourse power. Xi also tries his best to promote major-country diplomacy and upholds a good-neighbor policy of amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness. Xi launches the project of"One Belt and One Road"to both stimulate the economy and make our voice heard at the international stage. Xi actively participates in world governance and takes the responsibility in big events. The concept of shared future for mankind is proposed to make our voice sound all around the world.
