中文摘要：该文旨在探索并实践一种融合思想政治教育、专业课程改革与数字技术应用的港航专业特色育人模式。通过思政引领确保港航专业人才培养的正确方向,课程驱动提升专业教育的质量与效率,数字赋能创新教育模式,培养出既具备专业技能又拥有高尚品德的港航人才。最后,构建的校内-校外双循环质量监控机制保证培养模式的有效运行,确保人才培养质量和育人效果。该培养模式将“思政育志”“课程育智”“数字赋能”有机融合,通过价值引领、知识传授、实现港航专业“三全育人”的目标。

外文摘要：This paper aims to explore and practice a special education mode of port and navigation majors that integrates ideological and political education,professional curriculum reform and the application of digital technology.Through ideological and political guidance,we can ensure the correct direction of the training of port and shipping professional talents,make curriculum-driven approaches enhance the quality and efficiency of professional education,enable the digital power to innovate the education mode,and cultivate the port and shipping talents with both professional skills and noble moral character.Finally,the on-campus and off-campus double-cycle quality monitoring mechanism ensures the effective operation of the training mode,and ensures the quality of talent training and the education effect.This training mode organically integrates"ideological and political education","curriculum and intellectual education"and"digital empowerment",and realizes the goal of"three complete education"of port and navigation majors through value guidance and knowledge teaching.
