中文摘要:在大数据、人工智能技术与产业经济发展深度融合的现实情境下,探究数智赋能驱动战略性新兴产业创新生态系统演化的作用机理,有利于提升企业组织韧性、获取可持续竞争优势。以明阳智能及相关机构深度访谈数据为基础,基于扎根理论并借助NVivo 11进行资料编码和范畴提炼,梳理数智赋能海上风电产业创新生态系统“拓展—转型—适应”演化过程,归纳面向数智化转型的技术跃迁、数智驱动企业价值重构等促进海上风电产业创新生态系统数智演化的关键机制,构建数智赋能海上风电产业创新生态系统演化的理论模型。研究结论不仅有助于丰富数智赋能影响创新生态系统的理论内涵,对于相关企业利用数智技术推动生态转型发展也具有一定指导意义。
外文摘要:As a global strategic emerging industry,offshore wind power is an important path to accelerate the transformation of the energy structure and serve the green development strategy,and it is also a key grasp to realize the"double carbon"target and build innovative development advantages.With the increasingly blurred organizational process and role boundaries of enterprises against the backdrop of digital intelligence,the development of an innovation ecosystem with technological innovation as the node and a value network as the link has become an important paradigm for industrial transformation and upgrading.Therefore,it is important to explore the process and characteristics of the evolution of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind power industry under the empowerment of digital intelligence,which is valuable for cultivating new dynamics and advantages of industrial integration and promoting the digital and green synergistic development of the economy and society.Through in-depth interviews,direct observation and secondary data,the study collects rich case study materials,and further makes a triangulation verification by data cross reference,effectively ensuring the reliability and objectivity of the data.On the basis of the in-depth interview data of Mingyang Smart Energy and related organizations,the study follows grounded theory for step-by-step classification to explore the scope of information,identify the attributes of categories,confirm the relationships between categories,and gain explanatory understanding through theoretical construction.By exploring the evolutionary process of"expansion-transformation-adaptation"of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind power industry empowered by digital intelligence,the study summarizes the technological leap towards digital intelligence transformation,digital intelligence-driven enterprise value reconstruction and platform-based organizational model construction,which can promote the evolution of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind power industry.The key factors and mechanisms of the evolution of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind power industry are then identified,and a theoretical model of the evolution of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind power industry empowered by digital intelligence is constructed.It is found that technological leaps,value reconstruction and platform development are the keys to the construction and evolution of the industrial innovation ecosystem against the backdrop of the empowerment of digital intelligence.In the evolution of the offshore wind power industrial innovation ecosystem,Mingyang Smart Energy has managed to enhance the leading edge and the scale of enterprise development through strategic innovation,technology combination application innovation and organizational model innovation oriented to the context of digital intelligence.Then,through value innovation and adaptive value chain restructuring based on the green and low-carbon value proposition,the company has ultimately enhanced the leading ability of core enterprises,improved the multidimensional governance system through platform based development,and obtained sustainable competitive advantages.The novelty of this study lies in three aspects.(1)Most of the previous papers have explored system composition and ecological evolution from a theoretical perspective without in-depth exploration of the organizational development process and ecological transformation of enterprises in the context of new technologies.This study constructs the theoretical process of digital intelligence transformation of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind power industry based on grounded theory,analyzes the evolution process and key factors,etc.,and thus expands the theoretical study of innovation ecosystems.(2)The evolutionary stages of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind industry under digital intelligence empowerment are used to be divided into three periods of system expansion,system transformation and system adaptation,which complement the analysis of specific stages and characteristics in the previous research on digital innovation ecosystem theory.(3)Currently,there is still a lack of systematic studies at home and abroad on the specific application process and characteristics of digital intelligence empowerment in the industrial innovation ecosystem.Moreover,due to the differences in industry development,it is difficult to summarize the development process and phased characteristics of different enterprises.Therefore,the evolution process of the innovation ecosystem of the offshore wind power industry is selected for analysis.The key factors that may influence the digital intelligence transformation of industrial innovation ecology,such as technology empowerment,value reconstruction and platform development,have been verified,which have also been beneficial supplements to the development of current relevant theories.
