中文摘要：粤港澳大湾区要建设成为世界一流湾区,亟须集聚一批高水平大学和优势学科群来支撑其高质量发展。运用文献计量法对粤港澳大湾区与世界其他湾区高校群在1985—2021年期间发表的科技文献进行分析,发现四大湾区高校群在基础研究方面呈现出“一超多强”的发展格局,粤港澳大湾区高校群在科学产出及基础研究影响力等方面赶超旧金山、东京大湾区高校群,并初步形成了一批以材料科学、电子电气工程学为代表的优势学科。与世界其他一流湾区相比,粤港澳大湾区在高校基础研究均衡发展、优势学科群定位、产学合作、基础研究成果转化等方面仍有较大提升空间。基于此,针对粤港澳大湾区高校群的基础研究能力发展和打造优势学科群提出了对策与建议。

外文摘要：To build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into World-class Bay Area,it is imperative to gather a group of high-level universities and foster competitive discipline groups to support its high-quality development.With assistance of the bibliometric method,this paper analyzes the basic scientific research literature published by the university groups in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other World-class Bay Areas during the period of 1985 to 2021.The results show that the university groups in four great bay areas of the world exhibits a development pattern of "only super power and multi-great power" in basic research domain.The university groups in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area gradually surpassed the university groups in San Francisco Greater Bay Area and Tokyo Greater Bay Area in terms of basic research outputs and impacts,initially forming a number of advantageous disciplines such as materials science and engineering electrical electronic.However,compared with other three first-class bay areas in the world,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area still has great room for improvement in (1) the balanced development of basic research among universities,(2) the positioning of advantageous disciplines,(3) the cooperation between industries and universities,and (4) the transformation of basic research outputs.Therefore,this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of basic research capacity and the construction of advantageous discipline groups of universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
