中文摘要:为探究初花期低温胁迫及喷施烯效唑(S3307)对绿豆[Vigna radiata(L.)Wilcz]光合特性和保护酶活性的影响,于2020年以绿丰2号和绿丰5号为试验材料,盆栽条件下,于初花期进行预喷施S3307,同时连续低温处理4 d并每天取样,测定分析相关光合及生理指标。结果表明:在初花期对绿豆进行低温胁迫,绿豆叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、总叶绿素含量显著下降,丙二醛含量显著增加;绿丰2号的减产率为13.31%~58.25%,绿丰5号的减产率为8.53%~46.60%。喷施S3307后显著提高了低温胁迫下绿豆叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci),并显著降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量;促进绿豆叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性显著升高。绿丰2号在喷施S3307后产量的缓解率为8.06%~20.12%,绿丰5号的缓解率为1.01%~13.42%。综上可知,S3307处理可以明显提高低温胁迫条件下绿豆叶片的光合能力以及生理功能,最终达到增产的目的。
外文摘要:In order to explore the effects of low temperature stress and Uniconazole(S3307)spraying at the initial flowering stage on photosynthetic characteristics and protective enzyme activities of mung bean[Vigna radiata(L.)Wilcz],this study was conducted in 2020 with Lvfeng 2 and Lvfeng 5 for the test material,under potting conditions,pre-spray S3307 at the initial flowering stage,at the same time continuous low temperature treatment for 4 days and take samples every day to determine and analyze relevant photosynthetic and physiological indicators.The results showed that when mung bean was subjected to low temperature stress at the initial flowering stage,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids,and total chlorophyll of mung bean leaves decreased significantly,and the content of malondialdehyde increased significantly;superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxide Enzyme(POD)and catalase(CAT)activities increased significantly;the yield reduction rate of Lvfeng 2 was 13.31%-58.25%,and the yield reduction rate of Lvfeng 5 was 8.53%-46.60%.Spraying S3307 significantly increased the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)of mung bean leaves under low temperature stress,and significantly reduced the malondialdehyde(MDA)content;promoted SOD of mung bean leaves,POD,CAT activity increased significantly.The remission rate of Lvfeng 2 after spraying S3307 was 8.06%-20.12%,and the remission rate of Lvfeng 5 was 1.01%-13.42%.In conclusion,S3307 can significantly improve the photosynthetic capacity and physiological function of mung bean leaves under low temperature stress,and ultimately achieve the purpose of increasing yield.
