中文摘要：文化自信是一个国家、一个民族文化传承与发展的内在动力。当前,中国传统文化出现了被弱化的趋势,传统文化中的人文价值与西方现代功利主义价值在大学生心目中出现了失衡的现象。为此,高等教育要充分发挥传播优秀传统文化主阵地的作用,弘扬我国传统民族音乐艺术,让青年学子们走近、认识、了解和"仰望"我们博大精深的民族音乐文化,提升大学生艺术修养和人文素质,树立大学生的民族意识,弘扬民族精神,增强文化自信。

外文摘要：Cultural confidence is the internal driving force for the cultural inheritance and development of a country or a nation. At present, Chinese traditional culture has been weakened, and the humanistic value of traditional culture and the value of modern u-tilitarianism in the West have been unbalanced in the minds of college students. Therefore, higher education should give full play to the role of spreading the main position of excellent traditional culture and carry forward our traditional national music art, let young students approach, understand, and ＂look up to” our extensive and profound national music culture, so as to enhance college students＇ artistic accomplishment and humanistic quality, set up their national consciousness, carry forward their national spirit and enhancetheir cultural confidence.
