外文摘要：In the digital development node of the new era,the reform and development of intelligent government services is of great significance to the problem of government department information silos,catering to the digital trend,and meeting the needs of the public.By analyzing the leading practical cases and main district characteristic modes of intelligent government service reform in Shenzhen,the achievements of intelligent government service in Shenzhen are summarized.This paper analyzes the development and optimization measures of the reform of government services in Shenzhen from the aspects of improving the institutional system to promote the standardized development of construction,building a transparent government in a block chain,and social live broadcast into government affairs,so as to promote the Shenzhen Municipal Government to carry out public services and government governance more efficiently and accurately,and provide ideas for the efficient and high-quality government services and the reform of Chinatization.
