中文摘要：鱼类脾脏、头肾是机体造血的主要器官。通过对花尾胡椒鲷 Plectorhynchus cinctus脾脏显微结构 观察发现,其被膜较薄,小梁少而细,实质由白髓和红髓相间排列组成。白髓中淋巴细胞聚集成群,未见明显脾小结、淋巴鞘。红髓由脾索与脾窦组成。脾脏中有椭圆体,其末端向脾髓开放。头肾器官有两种静脉和丰富的血窦。淋巴细胞主要分布在门静脉及其血窦周围,形成淋巴细胞聚集区。粒细胞主要分布在头肾静脉及其血窦周围,形成粒细胞聚集区。

外文摘要：The spleen and head kidney are the major hemopoietic organs in fish. Through observation of the spleens microstructure in Plectorhynchus cinctus, it is found that the splenic capsule is very thin and the trabeculae are poorly developed. The splenic parenchyma is made up of white pulp and red pulp. The lymphocytes of white pulp aggregate into groups. The trabeculae liens and the lymphatic sheath could seldom be seen in spleen. The red pulp is made of splenic cord and splenic sinus. In the spleen, the ellipsoids are opened to the white and red pulps. In the head kidney, there are two type of veins (i.e. head-renal veins and portal veins) and a number of sinusoids with extensive lumina. The lymphocytes of head kidney distribute around portal veins and sinusoids, forming lymphocyte aggregate region. Granulocytes distribute around head-renal veins and sinusoids, and form a granulocyte aggregate region.
